Bag Policy

Only small personal handbags and purses are allowed. All larger items, including backpacks, shopping bags, and strollers, must be stored in the free Luggage Room near the entrance.

Prohibited Items

Outside food and beverages, sharp objects, weapons, aerosol cans, glass bottles, and large electronics like laptops are not permitted. All visitors undergo an airport-style security check.

Photography

Personal photography and video recording are encouraged. However, professional cameras, tripods, and other large photography equipment are not allowed.

Conduct

Please be considerate of other guests. Running, shouting, and leaning over railings are prohibited. Follow the instructions of the staff at all times for a safe experience.

Can I bring a stroller for my child?
Strollers are not allowed on the observation decks. You must check them in at the complimentary Luggage Room before you enter.
Is there a dress code?
There is no specific dress code for visiting the At the Top observation decks. However, it is advisable to dress modestly out of respect for local culture. If you have a reservation at a restaurant like At.mosphere, a smart casual dress code applies.
Can I bring my own food or water?
No, outside food and beverages are not permitted inside the attraction. Refreshments are available for purchase.
Are pets allowed?
