What to See at the Burj Khalifa

Level 124: The Terrace

The main observation deck, "At the Top," begins here. Step out onto the outdoor terrace for an unobstructed, open-air view of Dubai. High-powered telescopes provide a closer look at the city's landmarks below. The floor-to-ceiling glass windows ensure stunning views even from inside.

Level 125: A Falcon's Eye View

One level up, this spacious deck is tastefully decorated in Arabic mashrabiya. Experience "A Falcon's Eye View," an interactive installation that lets you fly over Dubai. This level also features green screen photography opportunities and a virtual reality experience for an additional fee.

Level 148: At the Top, SKY

At 555 meters, this was once the world's highest observation deck. The SKY experience offers a premium, less crowded visit. Guests are welcomed with refreshments in an exclusive lounge and can step out onto another outdoor terrace. A guest ambassador provides a personalized tour.

Getting There and Arrival

The Burj Khalifa is located at 1 Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Blvd, Downtown Dubai. The only public entrance is through The Dubai Mall on the Lower Ground Floor. If arriving by metro, take the Red Line to the Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall station and walk through the Metro Link Bridge. Plan to arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled time to allow for the walk, security checks, and the short exhibit on Dubai's history before you ascend.

Remember to have your e-ticket ready on your phone. Large bags must be stored at the complimentary Luggage Room near the entrance. Once through security, you'll be guided to the high-speed elevators for your rapid journey to the observation decks.
